History
EverCook is the creation of a professional team who have the goal to share their passion and emotions by offering high standards of French gastronomy at your own place.
We are both from two very different professional worlds in the South of France. Vincent is a Pastry and Kitchen chef with over 20 years experience. Ingrid is a computer engineer and passionate foodie.
EverCook means that we love to share and pass on our passion and taste emotions every day to our customers. Gastronomy is
totally a part of our life. For us, Gastronomy is an art. Each of Chef Vincent Catala’s creations is savored first with the eyes, then every bite transports you to different worlds.

Ingrid & Vincent, came from the South in France. They grew up around the flavors of Provence and the Mediterranean with its huge family of emotional food.
