Leila Mordoch Gallery (Wynwood, Miami)
EverCook created a French cocktail party for 150 people for a fundraising event in a beautiful art gallery in Wynwood. The challenge was to create a cocktail event that doesn’t require any dishes (verrines, cutlery, etc) accompanied by a service tray.
We made pizzaladiere (a specialty from Nice), salmon quiches, Provencale maki (a nod to our origins from the South of France), a variety of macarons and revisited tatin tart.
