Little Haiti Cultural Complex (Little Haiti, Miami)

EverCook cooked a Caribbean buffet for 150 people to Celebrate Caribbean Festival. 

This festival was organized by The Tout-Monde Festival which is a cultural project in partnership with the French Embassy Cultural Services and the France Florida Foundation for the Arts. 

On the menu, accras, spicy blood sausage, cod brandade, French garlic spicy breads, rougail, columbo chicken, dark chocolate coconut and Rum Island coconut cake
